2. Mon Chiot's role
Mon Chiot is a portal that lists listings published by independent breeders across Québec and Ontario. We are neither the seller nor the breeder's agent: we provide a space for search and introduction. Any agreement regarding a puppy is concluded exclusively between the adopting family and the breeder.
3. No sale or transaction on this site
No puppy can be reserved or purchased directly on this site, and no payment is processed here. Availability, price and dates announced by a breeder can change without notice: only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding.
4. Breeder verification
We confirm breeders' identity and contact details before publishing and require standardized information on every litter. This verification, however, is not a guarantee and does not replace your own judgment: we encourage you to ask questions, ask to see the parents, and visit the kennel before any agreement.
5. Information about animals
Breed, temperament and needs descriptions published by breeders are provided for informational purposes and do not replace veterinary advice. Every dog is an individual: the temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of its adult behaviour.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Québec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.
